Firstly, we would like to thank you all for taking time to attend the FSC Weston 

The FSC Weston would like to thank all the staff and volunteers at The Helicopter Museum for letting us host the FSC at their fantastic venue..

We are now taking bookings for your stand please use the enquiries tab above
Now for the stuff that has to be said.

All traders are to comply with the museums rules and regulations.
All traders/ exhibitors to carry a copy of their liability insurance..

All private exhibitor's can be covered by the FSC Weston's private public liability insurance, this is an extra cost to the FSC, as the FSC is a non profit organisation we would be grateful of a £5 ish per head donation from the private exhibitors.

There will be pots around your stands to raise money for the charities, as you know to have a go on the sim's is free, but please encourage everyone that has a go to donate. 

No person/persons are allowed onto the flight area unless escorted by an appointed person from the helipad.
No vehicles or people will be allowed to enter the side entrance until all aircraft movements have ceased.
The Helicopter Museum Heliport is a public Airfield and is subject to the rules and regs found in the Air Navigation Order.
A copy of the museums public liability insurance can be obtained by contacting the museum direct.
The Helicopter Museum  cannot guarantee and accepts no responsiblity for your property, the hangar is fully locked, secured and alarmed overnight.
All traders and exhibitors are to provide their own surge protection and to supply their own extension leads, min 20 metres and ethernet cables too.

The internet has always been provided free, if your exhibit or stand is reliant on the internet then the FSC cannot gurantee a connection,

we suggest you bring your own dongle to make sure you have internet access.
All traders/exhibitors will be provided with one table and four chairs but you must book these as the number is limited on a first come first served basis.

You can bring more tables if you wish.

You as an exhibitor must make sure your stand or exhibition is in a safe condition, no trailing cables etc and make sure you are not blocking gangways and fire exits.

Please make yourself aware of the fire and evacuation procedures, you are responsible for your own safety and have a duty to yourself and your colleagues to follow the correct procedures in the event of fire.
You as the trader/exhibitor are responsible for your rubbish and waste and are to remove said waste and leave your pitch in a clean and good condition when you depart.
The main event is 19th to 20th of May, with the press day being the 18th of May, all exhibitors and traders are encouraged to be present for the press day as previously the FSC went out on BBC1 points west,Sky Arts and many radio stations too.
The museum will be open from 10am weds the 16th of may, anyone wishing to arrive to set up is more than welcome.
The press (set up) day starts from 10am Fri 18th May and the doors close at 1730 hrs.
The museum will reopen at 0730am Sat 19th of May to traders and exhibitors to set up and to be ready for business by 0930 am.
The FSC event will be on until 1730 hrs and with evening entertainment provided by SkyHigh Radio.
The event closes at 1730 on Sun 20th of May, please be patient when closing down as everyone wants to get away as quickly as possible.
Please also be prepared for the weather conditions as sometimes May can be very cold.
